A consultation/patch test is essential on Hair Colouring, Aesthetics and cosmetic services.

A patch test must be carried out 48 hours prior to your appointment date.

A £25-£35 deposit is required on all colour services, 50% deposit on Aesthetics treatments and £10 Deposit on smaller services.

These deposits are non-refundable if you do not cancel with notice 72 hours before your appointment date.

If you wish to change or alter the service you’ve already booked, please inform the salon 72 hours before the appointment date.

If an appointment is missed without notice and you’d like to rebook, we will require the full amount of the service to be paid in full on any future bookings.
